About Me
Lisa Lopez is the founder of the Confident Reset Academy and the creator of the Confidence Reset: Teen Edition program, a transformational course designed to help teens build lasting self-worth, resilience, and inner confidence in a world that often pressures them to compare and doubt themselves.
As a former US Army Captain, with over 20 years of experience teaching at the university level and years of hands-on work in personal development workshops, Lisa has dedicated her career to helping young people recognize their value, strengthen their voice, and develop the mindset tools they need to thrive emotionally socially, and academically.
Her approach blends practical confidence building strategies with real world communication skills, emotional awareness, and mindset shifts that teens can apply immediately in their daily lives. Through her workshops and digital programs, she creates a supportive space where teens feel seen, heard, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves.
Mrs. Lisa, as she's affectionately known, is also the founder of Dark but Beautiful, a brand that celebrates bold self-expression and empowerment through apparel and lifestyle products.
Her mission is simple: to help teens stop shrinking themselves and start standing fully in who they are.
